This league is a co-ed, recreational team for adult rowers, ages from 19+ (not competing in a collegiate program). The primary focus of the league is on improving fitness and technique in a fun, focused environment with skill-appropriate opportunities to race at local and regional regattas. For rowers with at least 3 months of experience and prior consent from the Program Director. If you have no experience and would like to try rowing, see our Learn to Row page.

Tuesday and Friday 6:30am - 8:00am
Wednesday 5:00pm - 6:30pm
Saturday 8:00am - 10:00am
Sunday 5:00pm - 6:30pm

Store it at RRC! Membership required and quarterly fee applies. Contact Program Manager for more information!
Visiting the area and want to row?
Prior to use of the facility or rowing equipment, all Guests must:
• Pay appropriate fees per visit: guest fee $5/day (waived for member-sponsored guests); boat usage $10/day; and launch fees $15/day
• Submit a copy of their current float test certification
• Sign the George Pocock Rowing Foundation (GPRF) and US Rowing liability waiver.
Independent rowing
Access to singles (1x) and doubles (2x) comes with membership! All you need to do is pass the self rescue/skills test in order to check out a boat by yourself.
