
Adult Learn to Row
Adult Learn to Row (LTR) is a class series designed for adults of all ages who have less than three months of rowing experience. In order to join RRC as a member you must have completed at least one LTR class or obtained approval from the RRC Executive Director based on previous experience. This class will focus primarily on the sculling discipline of rowing. Sessions consist of eight classes over the course of four weeks taking place on Mondays and Wednesdays to 6:30-8pm.

Youth Learn to Row
Youth Learn to Row sessions are designed for youth athletes ages (rising grades 6-11) with little or no.prior rowing experience. Our Learn to Row class will teach you the fundamentals of rowing technique, starting with some indoor work on the rowing machines before you get on the water in a rowing shell. Our Youth learn to row sessions consist of two week sessions, Monday - Friday at 9:30am-12:30pm.

Camp Lucy
This Summer, RRC will host Camp Lucy which is a free 10-day learn-to-row camp for girls, inclusive of non-binary, trans, and gender non-conforming youth, that uses rowing as a way to learn social-emotional skills and life skills. Inspired by the legacy of Lucy Pocock, Camp Lucy uses fitness and interactive activities to help campers learn about themselves as individuals and as part of a greater team. This session is designed for youth middle school athletes (rising grades 6-8) with little to no prior rowing experience.
