High School Fall Rowing

Monday - Friday

4:00 - 6:15pm

Be part of our High School team! Our High School programs are focused on specialized skill development and long term success in the sport. We offer developmentally appropriate competitive opportunities for High School athletes, as well as resources and support for athletes interested in collegiate participation. We believe in a process-oriented approach to help our athletes of all skill and ability levels improve every single day. Open to athletes in grades 9-12, no prior athletic or rowing experience necessary. Our High School team meets 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, with weekend competition opportunities for athletes who meet a minimum of 80% attendance. A recreational part time, 3-day/week option is available for 9th and 10th graders. All High School athletes will be expected to fully participate in team training, both on and off the water.

Cost: $1,200.00 for entirety of season, installment payments available at registration. Does not include competition fees.

Prorated fee of $800.00 available for part time athletes

Middle School Fall Rowing

Tuesday & Thursday

4:15 - 6:15pm

Be part of our Middle School team! Our Middle School programs teach the fundamentals of rowing, with emphasis on the fun! This program is designed to instruct young participants on the basics of the stroke, equipment handling skills, and water safety in a positive and supportive social environment. On-water rowing time will be balanced with games, team building, and land training. Open to athletes in grades 6-8, no experience necessary. Our Middle School team meets twice a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:15-6:15pm.

Adult Learn to Row

Mondays & Wednesdays

6:30pm - 8pm

Learn to Row sessions are four weeks long with two classes each week and are designed for individuals with no prior rowing experience. No fitness or rowing prerequisites are required - rowing is for everyone! Classes will instruct participants on the basics of the sculling discipline

of rowing. Participants will have the opportunity to further improve their technical skills once they register for an RRC membership and sign up for our Intermediate and Experienced Adult classes.

Adult Membership

Required for all Adult participants, with the exception of Learn to Row students.

2024 Discount Annual Membership: Best value for consistent members or private boat owners. This membership is a one-year commitment and cannot be cancelled until paid in full. Can be paid in monthly installments, or upfront in full upon registration.

2024 Flexible Membership: Most flexible option for new rowers or members with varying schedules. This membership can be cancelled at any time for no additional cost. Can be paid in monthly installments, or upfront in full upon registration.

Adult Coached Program Fees

Required for members who participate in coached programs.

In addition to your membership, members who wish to participate in coached programs must sign up for a class pass or other coached program fees. We currently offer three different coached program fee options. Select the option that works best for your goals and schedule! Fall Class Pass: Provides unlimited access to coached programs in September through mid-December of 2024.

$75/month or $270/total

Punch Card: Provides access to any 10 coached classes with no expiration date from the time of purchase. Purchase on TeamSnap, then your coach will track your punches as you go!

Drop-In Fee: Not sure how many classes you will attend? Members without a Class Pass or Punch Card can drop in to any class for a $15 fee per class attended. Available for easy purchase on-site with the assistance of a coach or staff member via cash or check.
